1. Booking and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your date.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 24 hours before the event. If payment is not made 24 hours before the event, we will consider the event cancelled. There will be no refunds; however event date may be changed or transferred to another event date or location.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable. However, they are transferable.
- If Presidential 360 Photo cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
3. Setup and Operation
- The client must provide:
- A flat, level surface for booth setup.
- Access to power outlets (standard 110V) within 25 feet
- A 10x10 ft. space minimum for proper booth operation.
- We require access to the venue at least 1 hour before the event for setup.
- Only trained Presidential 360 Photo employees can monitor and operate photo booths.
4. Damages and Liability
- The client is responsible for any intentional damage or misuse of the booth or equipment by guests.
- We are not liable for:
- Personal injuries during booth use.
- Equipment malfunction caused by unsafe conditions or venue issues.
5. Photo/Video Usage
- Unless requested otherwise in writing, Presidential 360 Photo reserves the right to use event photos/videos for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media.
6. Inclement Weather (For Outdoor Events)
- For outdoor events, we reserve the right to refuse setup in unsafe conditions (e.g., rain, high winds).
- No refunds will be given if conditions are deemed unsafe and an appropriate backup plan is not available.
7. Time Extensions and Overtime
- Overtime requests during the event are subject to staff availability. Time extensions must be paid immediately on-site before additional time is granted.
8. Conduct and Safety
- We reserve the right to shut down the booth without refund if guests engage in violent, abusive, or unsafe behavior.
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult while using the booth.
9. Force Majeure
- We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, power outages, pandemics).
10. Acceptance
- By submitting your booking and/or payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
